SAFETY AND REGULATIONS

The safety of our residents underpin every decision we make, both in the design of the home and the way in which we conduct our care services. Every room is equipped with emergency call buttons and there are grab rails positioned throughout the premises. All of our facilities are kept to the utmost level of cleanliness.

 

REGULATIONS AND CQC

We ensure every measure is taken to garantee quality in the services we provide. We conduct regular internal audits of the home and consistently provide training and development for our staff to ensure they can effectively recognise, report and solve any issues they might come across, we are also annually investigated by the Care Quality Commission.
